5 Things You Must Know About The Christian Bible

A lot of books have a few themes written on them, but there’s something about the Bible that silence other books and other knowledge, because within it are greater themes of values. But we’ll look into 5 things you must know about the Christian Bible that differentiates it from other Bibles or books.

  1. The Christian Bible Is A Book Of Eternal Values.

Psalms 19:7 “The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 8) The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.”

Every time I look at the Bible, I see life, something pointing us to eternal values, i.e. the eternal principles of God that holds all things at their place. This controls all of life, both here and now and also all we would ever know. It goes beyond the now and the physical, it speaks a lot about physical practice, but they’re values that have both physical and spiritual results. They live beyond man. And they have been written for centuries. These are truths found within the Christian Bible.

2. The Christian Bible Is A Book Of Prophecy.

The Christian Bible isn’t just a book or a combination of stories, but it is a book of Prophecies; i.e it consists of things that were to happen, that should happen and things prophesied of that are already happening. Yes. Within that book, you see the future of the past, which is our present, & you also see the future of your own life that you may not have believed or agreed to at this point, but they’re true.

3. Christian Bible Is A Book Of Order.

If you read through the scriptures, you’ll find that order is a major theme with God, beginning from Genesis to Revelation. God deals largely with order, we see a clear consequence of disorder in Genesis.

Genesis 4:7 “If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door…”

It becomes clear that this is regimental, requiring order. Whosoever gets out of regimentation are those who walked out of Purpose, and destiny has been aligned by the creator to be expressed in order. So, when one sets him or herself against that order, he breaks the ranks and his or her name ceases from being inscribed upon the book of Life. Then that person suffers eternal destruction. That’s just a portion of the Bible showing us it is about orderliness. Same applies in marriage, business, family, and every area of the scriptures.

4. The Christian Bible Is A Book Focused On Man.

A major theme why God does all He has done and has been doing from Genesis is because of Man.
Hebrews 2:6 “But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?

Hebrews 2:7 “…. *thou crownedst him with glory and honor, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:

God has always shown His care and love over man. From Genesis, when Adam disobeyed, God was the one who came reaching out to man, to connect back with man. He is mindful of man, and it is through His fellowship with man, that man receives the power to carry out His purpose in the earth. He sent Jesus because of men. All of these things are demonstrations of God’s dealings largely expressed in the Bible for the sake of Man.

5. The Christian Bible Is A Book About Love.

Jeremiah 31:3 “The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love…

And this love didn’t end there, but continued in the new testament.”For God so love the world that He gave….”

His love is so mighty and shown expressly in scriptures and He never lied to anyone of us about His Love.

The listed themes above are all on point about the power and treasures you should know about the Christian Bible. God bless you.
